Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Rango 8/10
Found it really funny and lots of western references. Also a reference or two regarding Hunter S Thompson as well.

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Paul (last week) - 8/10 Very Funny.
Tangled (also last week) 6/10 - It was a good film, except I dislike musicals, and this was partly musical (not at all obvious from the trailers).

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Just finished watching `Neds`
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1560970/
Really spoilt it for me with not being able to understand the Dialect!
Looked like a pretty good film though.

The Human Centipede 8/10
My wife and I just watched it, and really enjoyed it. Starts off like a cheesy horror movie full of cliches, then we thought it was really interesting, exciting, and funny in places.
Missus said it reminded her of Cronenburg, and I thought it did have some Fly/Naked Lunch elements to it.

Battle : Los Angeles 8/10
Very good, kind of black hawk down with aliens. A bit predictable at times but very enjoyable.

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Tangled 6/10 - Not really bothered about this one but the horse was funny and the kids loved it.
Shutter Island - 3/10 - Didn't really like this. Thought it was slow and predictable.

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
My local picture house had a double bill today, The Wrestler, followed by The Fighter. Since I hadn't seen either, I'm a member, and members get in free for double bills it seemed silly not to!
The Wrestler 8/10
The Fighter 9/10
really enjoyed both, interesting that the way The Wrestler was shot, that looked more like a documentary than The Fighter which was based on true events.
I think The Wrestler may be an amalgamation of the sad stories of several wrestlers rather than just one?
