How could they be for the ITV 3/4 as they are not even broadcasting yet

Will BBC One HD is not broadcasting yet Virgin Media are testing it right now.

ITV3 and ITV4 HD are set to launch on November 15th (I think) on Sky.

Channel five HD was testing before it launched I haven't claimed it couldn't be another channel but I'm confident from info I've received it could be.

TV NEWS: BBC to takeover cost of BBC World Service and S4C.

The television licence fee, which funds the BBC, is to be frozen for the next six years at Â£145.50, it has emerged.

And the BBC will take over the cost of the World Service, currently funded by the Foreign Office, as well as the Welsh language TV channel, S4C.

S4C to be rebranded as BBC Cymru?

My Virgin Tester has just told me that all the channels tests is no longer broadcasting and has been remove from they box.
