And if he was cleared because the information he received was unclassified, so was the transcript released by Feinstein - so they are either both in the wrong, or they are both in the right (unless it’s the fact that Feinstein is a Democrat).

On an unrelated note, a judge used Trump’s tweet (in support of DACA) as one of the reasons why the DACA phase out should blocked.

The White House yet again learned that the hard way when, on Tuesday, U.S. District Judge William Alsup in San Francisco blocked the administration’s attempt to phase out Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, the Obama-era program that protects young undocumented immigrants from deportation.

Alsup was tasked with, among other things, determining whether it would serve the public interest to leave DACA in place while litigation over the decision to scrap the program proceeds.

On this point, he had an easy answer: Trump himself had expressed support for DACA on Twitter in September, just days after Department of Homeland Security officials rescinded it.

“Does anybody really want to throw out good, educated and accomplished young people who have jobs, some serving in the military? Really!” the president wrote in a Sept. 14 tweet. Another read: “Congress now has 6 months to legalize DACA (something the Obama Administration was unable to do). If they can’t, I will revisit this issue!”

Those lines seemed to capture the program’s benefits in a nutshell, Alsup wrote in a 49-page order.

“We seem to be in the unusual position wherein the ultimate authority over the agency, the Chief Executive, publicly favors the very program the agency has ended,” the judge wrote. “For the reasons DACA was instituted and for the reasons tweeted by President Trump, this order finds that the public interest will be served by DACA’s continuation.”

DACA. did not raise anything to do with DACA.

And as already stated, Chairman Nunes was cleared of wrong doing so no it is not the same at all.

Trump is further hinting of a deal for the Dreamers in return for funding for the wall. Depending what exactly the deal is then the Democrats might well go for it. I think it would have to be a path to citizenship and no deportations for them to give Trump the wall but that would be worth it.

Only thing is it would annoy a lot of Trump's base. A lot of angry frog avatars on Twitter at the moment. So even more reason to do it.

Trump is full of himself, no question about it. But he's not afraid to stand up to threatening countries, getting the economy sorted, lowering unemployment, reducing illegal immegrants and standing up for Israel when the whole world is showing a tendency towards anti-Semitism. You don't declare Jerusalem the capital of Israel and promise support for Israel if you're anti-Semitic. It's the world that is gradually adopting anti-Semitic views.

Trump also commuted the sentence of Ultra-orthodox Jew, Sholom Rubashkin, who was sentenced to 27 years for money laundering in 2009, very harsh sentence. Jewish community was absolutely elated at his release.

There was reports of over 1000 of them that seen dancing in the street, outside Sholom’s business premises. They don’t look upset with Trump at all.

Trump has had a 'Stable Genius' moment and in a closed door meeting, with Republican and Democrat lawmakers and in a heated moment, he asked why should we keep letting immigrants from 'shithole' countries.

As usual, it's caused another twitter storm episode and it's not gone down very well with his mass of critics....

Reason I canceled my trip to London is that I am not a big fan of the Obama Administration having sold perhaps the best located and finest embassy in London for “peanuts,” only to build a new one in an off location for 1.2 billion dollars. Bad deal. Wanted me to cut ribbon-NO!

Cripes, he really is unhinged. Make America 'White Again' should have been his slogan. Not sure how the US nuclear deterrent works but please say his 'button' isn't actually connected to anything... One tweet he doesn't like and.....

As for not visiting us, presumably he's worried how much the British public will show just how much they love him !

If we're looking to the US post Brexit we need to think again. Not so much back of the queue, but not even in the queue.

Despite Mr Trump blaming his predecessor for the decision, the embassy move was initiated by the George W Bush administration.

A post on its website dated 8 November 2008 - just under a month before Mr Obama's election - revealed the decision.

It says: "The U.S. State Department today signed a conditional agreement with the real estate developer Ballymore to acquire a site in the Nine Elms Opportunity Area in Wandsworth for the construction of a new Embassy."

As for the current building it's a listed building which reduced it's price. Plus the US doesn't own the land underneath it, the freehold is owned by someone else.

Also this was been in the pipeline for years so it's not as if he didn't know this before he was due to come.
