You reckon the police will make him wear his birthday suit. I mean his mate killed himself when put in similar surroundings, a jail cell is a prison cell.

As everything that happens in court is done in his name, that would be constitutionally improbable, to say the least, and probably the quickest way to create grounds for an appeal that would inevitably go all the way up to the supreme court to decide if such a thing is even allowed. So it won’t be.
