A conversation I had with VM on twitter today.
@virginmedia Rumour is that there will be major EPG changes for the Sky channels. How does this affect current series links on my Tivo box?
Hiya Barrie, this isn't something we're aware of to be honest but series links should be updated ...
So you aren't launching Sky Sports 3, 4 and F1 HD tomorrow and moving all the channels?

they have nothing on the twitter account ive learnt this a long time ago. they put any old fool on it. id like the job myself.

Weren't they all hush hush when BT Sport launched? From what I remember, When it was added to the EPG that day everyone was happy and congratulating them on Facebook/Twitter.

Will have loads of time to watch sport in HD tomorrow, got to wait in for British Gas to do boiler service, and courier firm to collect parcel.
Leaving this thread open as well on my reply, on Page 20 now. Wonder how many pages it will have jumped by when I check tomorrow morning?

all seven Sky Sports channels will be free to every Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and UPC household on Saturday, August 16, replicating last season’s similar offer over the opening weekend of the Premier League season.
