Perhaps they mean of the content they watch

This provides further information in support of SonicMaster's observation that anyone subscribing to the new BT TV package will lose channels.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2020)
For those interested here is a breakdown of the BT channels https://www.rxtvlog.com/p/bt-tv-channel-list.html
Here is the price list for the new packages/addons. https://www.rxtvlog.com/2020/02/bt-r...v-finally.html
The channel packages you chose are flexible, however you are tied into a 24 month contract, which BT say will not rise during this period.
Sky History channel(s) will be added to the NowTV Entertainment package in April. Sky Nature and Sky Documentaries are also being added in March.
BT TV are running a special launch offer for customers which includes BT Superfast Fibre and the Entertainment Package for £37.99 per month
IMO you may be better off by buying a NowTV stick/box and searching for reduced passes which always seem to be readily available rather than paying full price via BT or SKY eg https://www.techradar.com/uk/news/th...d-now-tv-deals

I agree unless having the ability to record these is important to you.

Quite. I rarely watch any channels listed under Classic Entertainment. The new ones are much better.

A+E Networks UK and Sky will launch the co-branded Sky History channel this spring. The channel will be available on linear TV and on-demand in the UK and Ireland, and will also be present on streaming service NOW TV for the first time.
Zai Bennett, Managing Director of Content at Sky, added: “The launch of Sky History will build on our existing channel portfolio and complement new channel brands Sky Documentaries and Sky Nature, which will also be coming in Spring 2020. The continuation of our strong partnership with A+E Networks UK will mean more investment in premium original content and make it easier for our customers to find the shows they want to watch.”
A+E Networks suite of channels also includes Sky HISTORY2 (the former HISTORY2), Lifetime and BLAZE.
All channels will continue to broadcast on Sky, Virgin Media, BT and TalkTalk and be managed and operated by the A+E Networks UK team from their Hammersmith offices.

DS Forum and Sky Media is reporting that History will become Sky History on April 7th.
April 7th look set to be an busy day for Sky as Sky Documentaries is set to launch on that date.
Is A+E and Sky set to close Crime + Investigation for Sky Documentaries to launch???
With all C&I shows moving to Sky Crime!
Sky Nature can easy use E! (with shows moving to Lifetime) or Sky Two.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2020)
I wonder if we will loose Love Nature and possibly gain Sky Nature as per this info from Sky Media
https://www.skymedia.co.uk/opportuni...ature-channel/
'Sky have also signed up to be the exclusive UK broadcaster for Love Nature content, on linear TV and available on demand'
Though it does state 'With the launch of Sky Nature, Sky customers will have unrivalled access to'
We won't know till closer to the time it seems.

They mentioned the LoveNature content deal before, but I don't recall the word exclusive. That's very interesting.
That pretty much guarantees Sky Nature replacing LoveNature channel on VM.
Thanks for that ScottishSteve.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2020)
My concern here is the words 'Sky customers' which may mean we might not be getting the channel at this time.
Though they do mention Sky customers more as it is their own network to be fair. We will just have to wait and see if any tests pop up next month

Well VM never had On-Demand access to LoveFilm content, and the context seems to be talking about that. And they don't use use the word "exclusive" in the same sentence as "Sky customers", just "unparalleled".
The saddest bit is that LoveNature doesn't have adverts, except for it's own shows, and this is bound to end with any rebranding.

Let see if Forum Box start reporting of them testing or we will need to wait until March 24th to see the TiVo listings for April 7th or even wait until March 31st for Radio Times (or any other TV listings books) to come out.

But the announcement does say including 'linear TV and on demand'
