How do i stop the STB from going onto 890 when i turn it on. I hate the gay guy i cant stand him.

1008? Check their paired, if not pair them, send an FS hit, check for any occurences not listed on account (EQ-PA-SO-1). Mains reset, if not resolved tech.

I don't get why they sent you a card, a tech would be booked for a cardswap it's not like the bank you need it setting up properly.
