just cancel with aol.If you do get any money back I feel you should donate it to charity as clearly you dont need it if you dont miss it

My sentiments exactly..had thought about that and shall definitely donate anything that I get back.
I am trying to get in touch with AOL now.

update.
Just spoke to AOL. they have cancelled my account and are refunding £100. This was the operator who immediately suggested that amount. However I shall be writing to AOL and asking for a full refund. will see how I get on.( the operative intimated( although not in so many words) that I should write in.. £100 was the maximum he was allowed to authorise immediately!!!)
FYI. I shall donate this £100 to charity as soon as I receive it!

There's a new up and coming charity called "Get Zeph out of Debt" which you could donate to if you wanted

Nah good luck with getting the cash back! Considering you didn't even realise it was there it's like a savings fund you never knew was there!
