4th 512K took 22381 ms = 22.9 KB/sec, approx 189 Kbps, 0.18 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 278 Kbps, 0.27 Mbps

3rd 512K took 19422 ms = 26.4 KB/sec, approx 218 Kbps, 0.21 Mbps
4th 512K took 17531 ms = 29.2 KB/sec, approx 241 Kbps, 0.24 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 216 Kbps, 0.21 Mbps

2nd 512K took 485 ms = 1055.7 KB/sec, approx 8699 Kbps, 8.5 Mbps
3rd 512K took 453 ms = 1130.2 KB/sec, approx 9313 Kbps, 9.09 Mbps
4th 512K took 656 ms = 780.5 KB/sec, approx 6431 Kbps, 6.28 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 8159 Kbps, 7.97 Mbps


still 200ms 25%PL and i dont actually dload from anywhere with those speeds more like
50Kb/s

somone fix tele-ic-1-so-700-0.inet.ntl.com its shagged !

tele-ic-1 has a long history of pinging highly, so long as the hops behind it don't ping high it's not really a problem
