Not so busy at bang on 8am but, don't tell everyone or i'll not get through myself
A possible reason you get through at lunchtime is they all sit around on a conference call laughing as they send us under-valued customers from one department to another! |
First thing in morning is normally quiet for most call centers, you may get through at lunch time as more staff arrive on shifts and a lot of places start the lunch cycles at 12:30-13:00. I would strongly suggest calling before 9am and giving up after 5pm if you value your sanity
