Re: Hotmail problems?
My usual trick of re-starting the computer hasn't worked either
Upside is, I don't get any "junk" mail

Re: Hotmail problems?
Earlier, I noticed that I wasn't even able to log into MSN Messenger - just kept on informing me that it couldn't log me on "at this time".
Came back to the PC about 5 minutes later and tried again - it worked!!
I now have two emails sitting waiting on me - problem is (as many have said previously) I cant access them!!
Once again, we have to bare with Hotmail until they sort out their Server problems!! Hope they are quick about it - I remember similar problems last year and it took them almost a week to solve it!!
James

Re: Hotmail problems?
So everyone comes to rely on services like hotmail, which needs users to generate advertising revenue that pays for the service. However, if users get the service for free, do they have any grounds for complaint that the free service has failed?

If your using a genuine Microsoft xp OS you have paid for it, so complain away.

Re: Hotmail problems?
Ok
One solution I have found to this is to change the number in the address bar
mine is " http://by104fd.bay104"
at the begining, try changine the number (104 in this case) to another number,
My g/f hotmail was 101, which didnt work, she changed that to 103 and it worked

Cheers that works perfectly!
A side note - once its loaded once, using 103 isnetad of 101 (in my case) it now seems to laod and work fine with the 101 in the address...?
At least it works!
