If you get to rely on it, then you need to form an escape committee to get away from it, or try this

Unless things have changed, Incredimail neither uses a commonly known format, nor supports exporting.
I used Incrediconvert to recover a friend's important messages from the files of Incredimail, after Incredimail broke down (the free ad-sponsored version seems to do that all too often), and plugged them into Outlook Express, since the default installation was there and working.
Against my advice, they then managed to re-install Incredicrap and use it!
NO, NO, NO, it will never be on MY system:
1. I hate adware of any kind, even if they wriggle out of being classified as spyware
2. I consider Incredimail to be both unstable and irritating
3. I hate the amount of garbage it adds to email
At the moment, I use Outlook Express with additional security precautions (restricted zone and firewall attachment rename, plus others).
Considering Opera 8 (when I get round to installing the anniversary freebie), Mozilla Thunderbird or Seamonkey suite, or Pegasus.
Pegasus Mail is one of the best "high security" email clients around, with a "safe HTML" option that avoids the usual vulnerabilities of mail programs that use the IE engine for display - it's a good mail program, without all the jazz!
The complete opposite of Incredimail, which is nothing but jazz!
