Thing is unless the money men pull the plug entirely these shows will get made (well live, chat they will just pick up again). So it's delayed, something to look forward to and in the mean time you can go over to the Internet Archive and pick up some of the classics.

Paramount+ has noted that season 2 of '1923' has been 'Delayed Indefinitely' by the Writers Strike

With the strikes all apparently over now, TV production is starting up again.
Most shows are going to return with shortened seasons (around 13 episodes on average).
