Just for point of reference as the forum seems to suggest the file is an archive that should be extracted how does the car install from it?

Think I may have sorted it. I hadn’t updated my Download Manager App from last year.
I did this and as you correctly surmised it is now unzipping the file to usb stick.
Will see how it goes later.
