Titled Constantine: The Legend Continues, the animated special “follows DC’s popular comic book character John Constantine (voiced by DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW’s Matt Ryan), a seasoned demon hunter and master of the occult.” Ryan originated the role of Constantine on the live-action NBC series of the same name, which was cancelled in 2015.
Matt Ryan will present Constantine: The Legend Continues on The CW on October 15th following Arrow’s season seven premiere at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Nope, he is joining the next season of LoT though whenever it starts in september/october. Check my fall tv schedule thread for air dates (pinned).

There is a good chance Constantine will be getting a reboot. A pilot has been ordered and with JJ Abrams involved and it going on HBO Max (which will be gagging for high profile series) I imagine it is a done deal.
