If you were with Sky before and switched to Virgin, then they are probably aware of that. Same thing with Virgin trying to get back after you leave them with some mail-shots targeted in that way

How can VM possibly complain when they pulled the exact same stunt before?
Plus, what makes Sky think they can get away with it when VM's was banned? Sky complained about VM's and they do the same thing? Hypocrites
