And..Virgin won't be interested in what you are connecting to the Superhub or need to change settings in it.

To confirm in Routed Subnet mode you can pass all of the public IPs to the LAN equipment sitting behind the Superhub in yuor case the Draytek. The Superhub will retain one of them (the first one in your block) for it's own use.
