Boxnation doesn't even appear on Virgins online TV listings which means I can't remote record anything on this channel. It's a total farce. Boxnation are forever chopping and changing their schedule as they often pick up live events at the last minute. They picked up a fight from Germany 4 months ago 3 hours before it was due to broadcast! If I'm not at home to set my TiVo box to record the show then I'm screwed.

Is this using a mobile app? Go in to settings to add the channel-I've just checked and it's available on the android version of TV guide.

When I'm at my work I can get access to the internet no problem but I'm not allowed a mobile at my desk.

I'll send an e-mail to Virgin to see if it can be added.

Speaking purely as a customer who has had a number of recordings of wrong things made I'd love to have both
1)Dynamic EPG, updated regularly - downside could be so many updates that nothing else happens or complaints that if not updated "frequently enough" some updates would come in too late.
2)Be able to tag the programmes wanted and have "the system" send start/end signals with the programme to control recording. That way if the show is cancelled or time changes then nothing is wasted/missed. Especially relevant to live events and doubly so for non time constrained stuff like tennis.
2a)This could also allow TiVo to grab stuff that is being shown in replacement should it match voting/wish list and so on.
