I asked the guy if he was sure that he definately couldnt get one and he told me no. I asked if the superhub made things worse then could i go back to use my VMNG300 and buy my own router, he said no.
Got another email through later that day offering to apply a credit for half of a new router value which i think i'll go for cause then i can buy a decent router to replace my dodgy one.
