should VM broadband customers not just 50Mb and 100Mb customers with wireless spec related issues get a free adapter from VM?

Why l bought a dual band USB adapter and it has still not solved my dropouts and lack of connection so l am not sure what to do next.

did you set the SH to perform at max rates? did you try both 2.4GHz & 5GHz. Channel change?
