seriously ? ,i had a V+ box for a few years and now have a sky + and never heard a peep out of either
anywho ,my favourite thing about Tivo (even though i don't have one ,can't have one )is the entertaining threads it generates ,all the bickering about the functions/faults/comming soon makes me titter
Both the V + and Sky + have cooling fans I have had both, and you can't hear those fans when they are running especially during a quiet scene on TV ?
Well I've had all kind of Pvr's over the last 12 years or so
Including the original TiVo and they all made noise and you have 2 that don't ' you are a very lucky guy.
