33 is the minimum and 55 is max, it shouldnt change by more than 3-4 in a day, you have a problem there, probably defective kit in the street cab

Re: Cant hold the connection for more than 8 seconds.
Connection is perfect today and after a phone call they wouldn't budge and its still set for the 27th.
Other concerns I'm having now is I have checked the levels again and noticed the Downstream level is increasing every hour or so (Only by about .10 each time) But I assume that's a concern as well when both the Upstream and Downstream are both going in the wrong direction
(Downstream just jumped by .30 as I was typing this)
Current Power Level
(dBmV) 7.74
Power Level
(dBmV) 7.83 (23:25)
Power Level
(dBmV) 8.18 (23:27)
*Its gonna blow!*
Some nice timed updates of the last 5 minutes if they are of any help ^

Re: Cant hold the connection for more than 8 seconds.
the power levels will vary by small amounts during the day, maybe +/-2 but not +/-20 like they were the other day

Power levels will change that is completely normal providing the change is not excessive. 0.10 or 0.30 are not abnormal.
