Unfortunately at present there is no way to change which box it targets as far as I'm aware.

Better option would be to physically swap the TiVo boxes around in the house

From the rumours out on the net, it's likely that the TiVo service will be extended to allow multiple user profiles on the box e.g. Mum/Dad/Kids - so it makes more sense to offer multiple user Remote Recording at that stage

If you allow multiple users access at this point you could end up with a lot of failed recordings, even with three tuners

I agree re flat share, but I was addressing people in your situation, i.e. people with partners living together and using the same Tivo.

You said yourself that you'd tried your partners login-in info., so you must know it, as I suspect others do in the same situation as you.

Remote record is work fine here for single shows and I'm loving every minute of it!

It doesn't seem happy doing Series Links remotely however. Is this a known issue?
