Indeed - many thanks. I'm not sure if this is good news (that there's a good reason for the delay), or bad news (realistically, this problem is going to continue for the forseeable with no chance of any ETR or quick fix)

Thanks for the confirmation, both VM staff. It is appreciated.

Is there anyway to find out if this is still being actively chased by VM-VOD people? Or is it just being "checked for updates" every few weeks/month - and so this fault is likely to stick around for many more months to come.

Apparently, Virgin & the BBC are "testing possible fixes" now (according to the VM support forum) - but I wonder how long this might take???

I guess we shall never know!
