Re: urgent advice before tomorrow please
Hi,
The engineer arrived this morning,he said "i not the first customer he has seen since Saturday in my area with exactly the same problem".
The modem is not locking onto the servers.
He has passed the problem back to Network,who are dealing with it.
But is could not say how long it will take to fix.
I contacted Virgin again,spoke to a nice lady who phoned the network department for an update.She was told its still being looked into,but still no date for the issue to be resolved.
Its now four days since I lost my connection.
Its gone well beyond a joke.
