A bit of a long shot but could ferrite beads help in this situation

I know it's been a while but I thought I'd do an update.

After a few missed appointments (BT OPENREACH) - I did get this sorted, the box on the wall was damp apaprently, so they changed that and all is now good.

My rotuer locks on at 8128Kb and I can now download at 6.7mb which is nice

So it was nice to get it sorted, but it shouldn't have taken so long to get the people out. Mind you as I said that was BT that kept not turning up.
