Re: Your All time favourite TV Character
Ya and he's so funny. Has he starred in anything else. I love the woman as well who plays his mother. She is comical and was very funny as well in Darma and Greg. I used to love that as well and the Guy was hot in that also. Come to think of it the woman playing the mother in both shows had two hot guys as her sons. Lucky thing

Re: Your All time favourite TV Character
Castle & Firefly/Serenity would be the two things he's best known for (Castle more so now, probably).
Fillion-fans (& anyone else who likes cult TV, comedy, or musicals) should also watch Joss "Buffy/Angel/Firefly/Dollhouse" Whedon's Dr Horrible's Sing-Along-Blog, which starred Fillion as the super-hero "Captain Hammer" & Neil Patrick Harris (Doogie Howser) as the wannabe super-villain "Dr. Horrible", along with Felicia Day as "Penny" (the girl they both want). Very funny.

Firefly was more like a cowboy / western series than a sci-fi one - worth a look if only to make up your own mind whether you like, or not

Re: Your All time favourite TV Character
Firefly only lasted one season before Fox cancelled it. It did have a follow-on movie though called Serenity (zing did mention this above ).
Definitely worth watching though. As gaz said, it's more of a Western in ways anyway than a SciFi series.
I think we need to get back to the topic though, before this turns into a Nathan Fillion Appreciation Thread
(although of course posts about Captain Mal or Richard Castle are on-topic )

Re: Your All time favourite TV Character
'All time' favourite TV character is very difficult - I've been watching TV for over 40 years, in the end I have to conclude it is David Attenborough who has given me the most pleasure during that time ...
Others such as David Jason & Joanna Lumley deserve 'honourable mentions'
