Re: Virgin Media Price Increase
Before the new prices came into force my bill was:
Line rental £11
4p plan: £0
TV M: £0
BB S: £18
Triple loyalty pack: -£8
The point being, you should see a discount for taking three services.

Not any longer unless you have the L broadband.

That was really nice of VM to let me know that my line rental was going up.

Hi all,
I wasn't told about these price changes either. It was only that I read these forums that I was prepared for it.

Re: Virgin Media Price Increase
Is that on top of a loyalty discount?

Re: Virgin Media Price Increase
not sure mate! Don't think so! We have been paying the 72 as we agreed and weren't happy that VM never sent us an email or letter so GF phoned to get it back to the 72 and the guy said how about i do this for you? took it down to 65 a month!! The gf said he was a nice chap and was talking about the footy etc, i think he was secretly impressed with my gf's knowledge of football to be fair After all we both support the baggies

Re: Virgin Media Price Increase
What is the price of the L broadband with Virgin per month?
I also have Medium TV and £11.99 per month phone, both with Virgin.

You mention it was 72, then 65, that's a difference of 7, yet you said you got £10.00 of the bill, confused.
What will you be paying for the Broadband per month?

Can someone explain what the triple loyalty pack is please?
And is this available to anyone that has the 3 services?

How much is XL TV now, their website says £23. But i'm now being charged £24.50. Something doesn't seem quite right

I think for new customers it's free for the first couple of months, then it's £23:00 per month, you get 160 channels, or £29:00 per month if you don't want the phone line.
Give customer relations a call, I'm sure it will benefit you.
Let us know how you get on.

Re: Virgin Media Price Increase
It will show on the bill as £24.50 - you normally get aa £1.50 discount when you take TV and Phone. £1.50 is also factored into the triple bundle discounts as well
