It had a Belfast postmark? Have you actually binned it or would you still have it James?

My blood is boiling... is there a name or a number on the letter? I want to have words about this... think I may know where it has come from. Grrrrrr!!!!!!!!

Definately had a Belfast postmark dated 14th October 2009 - the cancellation of the account took effect from the previous day!!

Absolutely disgusted!! Maybe I should actually ring the number and speak to the person named!!

Fingy - I still have the letter here - name and contact number(s) on it - I'll send you a PM to clarify!
