I've had both and i can definately say Sky are better IMO, at least you can get through in a reasonable time and engineers call when they say they are going too.
Saying that though - never had to call out a Sky engineer except to install it.
i can never get through to anyone who speaks english...... they kept getting my name wrong and asking me if i was mr or mrs....and ive never had that before

really? With sky? That's odd. there's plenty of us here in Glasgow. Mind you, perhaps the offshore callcentre has less people who speak terrible english.
