So why didn't you contact a media outlet instead of a Cable website?

Sorry to keep asking the same question but you seem to be dodging it all the time.

You were able to post on a Cable website. Why did you do that instead of emailing someone or posting a message at a news outlet instead?

Re: You can be put in jail for nothing

I'd already checked that - but I'm still curious as to why if the situation is as bad as is being made out, why haven't any of the major news outlets picked up on it?

The OP has been banned from posting about this on the BBC noticeboards (I've been doing a little digging) and you'd think the Beeb of all people would take an interest.

Re: You can be put in jail for nothing

Without knowing a full history there's no way anyone else can say that this person does/doesn't deserve the treatment... If they've got internet access this forum isn;t going to do much good and they should be using the connection to search for who can help (perhaps the health minister, MP, or even ask the local PCT for a review)...

From reading his myspace, I'd say it stands a chance he does. His blog posts from before he was put in a mental health hospital just scream paranoid schizophrenia. Apparently all florists are home to MI5 informants that are tracking him and telling him to commit suicide.

Re: You can be put in jail for nothing

Wow you have so much time on your hands (although those links have nothing to do with the OP's particular case).

So I think the OP might be better off channelling his time in to pursuing those avenues.

possibly only because it's another scandal waiting to be unearthed? Or maybe not, who knows?

Re: You can be put in jail for nothing

Well the OP isn't going unearth anything by posting it on some discussion boards. Perhaps you could direct him towards some handy media outlets instead.

The people moderating the noticeboards probably do not think along those lines, i.e they are not the people doing the journalism?

The Beeb's hacks scour the messageboards a lot, often a good source for stories from 'the man on the street'.
