Re: A Thread dedicated to the memory of Baby P
I can't add anything to this only RIP little man. It's nice to know that the names of those who killed him have been leaked out, maybe they'll get a bit roughed up inside.

Re: A Thread dedicated to the memory of Baby P
It beggars belief the suffering this poor little mite must have endured in his short life. Will the Authorities learn any lessons from this, I doubt it? How long before we hear of yet another baby P?
RIP baby P

There are no words..none that can cover just how I feel.
Except to say that it's been 34 years since I felt the same murderous rage over Maria Colwell...

I received one of those texts last night stating what their names are and to pass it on. Personally I deleted it - the world is full of barbaric acts that we never get to hear about - justice is justice - it should be dealt out by the courts not by other people we have sent away for those same barbaric acts!

Re: A Thread dedicated to the memory of Baby P
This story just gets worse and worse as now lawyers of the mother are applying for a new name for her at TAX payers expense.

As well as a new identity, she could receive 24-hour police protection.

Conservative MP, Philip Davies, told the paper: "I personally find it rather offensive that the taxpayer may end up picking up a huge bill to protect this woman's human rights, given the complete disregard she showed for the human rights of her baby."

This is a massive insult to Baby P and his short life - he'll probably be turning in his grave at the thought of this.
I have always maintained that if someone is proved beyond reasonable doubt that they breached someones right to life, then that person who committed an evil act, loses all privileges and their absolute right to 'Human rights'.

Re: A Thread dedicated to the memory of Baby P
What do you expect? The police have their duty, to everyone, however sick and evil their actions were. Unfortunately some people have decided that mob justice is justified and therefore put her details all over the place, so now they will try to get the police to protect her.
It may be horrible to contemplate but is there an alternative?

And what about all the others? I don't think this one is any special to any of the other poor souls.
I don't know who's worse the 'so called' parents or the authorities sometimes.
I hope something is learnt but I seriously doubt it somehow.
RIP.

Re: A Thread dedicated to the memory of Baby P
I would imagine he means all the other children who die from abuse each week.

But did all the 'others' who have been abused this week have 60 visits from an incompetent social worker system which is in place to protect children from abuse ? Putting the evilness of this story aside, the whole reason why this story has come to light is because there was a hard potential to stop this abuse from happening and it highlighted yet again flaws within Haringey social services, remember Victoria Climbié?, another child who died while under the care of Haringey social services.

Re: A Thread dedicated to the memory of Baby P
I`ve no arguement with peanutpk or anyone else on this forum, all i stated was that i hoped the people who committed this vile crime rot in hell as i also hope anyone who abuses a child also rots in hell and suffers for all eternity.
There`s no place in our society for bullys and child abusers.

Mick it's even worse than it would appear..According to a recent Ofsted report at least 4 at risk children die every week..
Being discussed here
