Not complaining though as I've now got a spare if anything goes wrong.

Re: BT Broadband hell !

Took months to get connected to BT wireless and delivery of the hub - I gave them my mobile number as I'm not at home during the day and they ignored this and called my home number anyway and after "3 atempts" cancelled my order, which I had to find out when I called to find out why it was taking so long to deliver. Didn't think to leave a message on my answering machine!! Now that I have it, the ******* wireless hub keeps regularly disconnecting from the internet and this can last up to a whole day! In between connection losses, I have to regularly reset the hub to get the connection working. This is shocking coming from the premier British telecommunications company! Also I opted to pay a little extra for free calls up to 60mins. I'll find out next phone bill whether this is only available through the crappy internet phone provided with the hub and not my land line.
