2) The binman, seeing the camera, did not just take it anyway just to screw with the camera crew.
This is probably something to do with the whole chipping and charging for refuse thing the government wants to bring in. If we can buy a bin from anywhere and it is then our property they can't go putting chips in them without our consent.
