I'm pretty much in the same boat as the guy above, Just having trouble conecting to a different site though.

On the newsgroup virginmedia.support.broadband.cable people have posted about this same issue including posting traceroutes, this is what they are stating in reply "This is being investigated, the internal ticket is 718053."
