Yep. That's all they offer.

That's my guesstimate. You might beat it but you won't see below it. You should manage at least 4Mbit and could go higher than 8.

Is there any way to know which services offered by ISPs are ADSL2+?

And specifically, is Sky's 'Max' option ADSL2+?

Be, Bulldog and Sky's 'Max' option are all ADSL2+.

If it offers over 8Mbit it's ADSL2+.
