Perhaps because this is a Cable forum website dedicated to helping those with issues concerning VM TV & broadband. Just a wild guess of course!

Nice constructive answer from a VM employee! Do you suggest that to all customers who phone you with problems? I hope you don't work for retentions. Customer numbers would halve overnight.
