Mines been fixed, they changed the box, but they said they didnt think they needed to do this as the account was in a mess at their end and the system appeared to be getting mixed up as to what we actually have. So have on demand at least, just cant watch anything now as my pin is not activated but thats meant to be happening soon! Getting there at least....lost my recordings on the box tho

heeh thanks, i had to call as it said the pin wasnt activated, i think it is now although virgin central and sky movies 9 dont seem to want to work!!
