Apparently there is a £10 discount that is supposed to be applied to your account. Not all CS people were aware of this a week ago or how to do it (when I was speaking to them setting up my new stuff). I would expect by now they should be up to speed - so just call CS, get it credited and ensure they put the discount on.

Re: First bill as Virgin Media - Wrong

Don't get me started, picture this:- at the end of January i recieved my NTL bill for £109:xx so i paid £110 to round it up, on Feb the 8th i had heard about the VIP bundle, i thought i will have some of that, the lady i spoke to sounded a bit unsure what i was after, i told her 10M BB sports & movie package, family pack and telephone 24 plus the V+ STB, OK she said i will sort it, she put me through to instalations, i get a Feb 15th install, in the meantime i was browesing my channels on the 10th and realised sky movies was activated, i phoned CS who put me though to the lady i spoke to days earlier, she apologised and said it was her fault, and she would credit my account for £25 because she could not take the movies off for 30 days, on the 15th the engineer called and installed the modem and V+ STB, i then tried to get my BB sorted no new IP, my modem or STB had not been registered, it took me till the 18th before i got online all be it 2M, a phone call next day got me up to speed, now i had not realised at the time my vod or Virgin Central was not working, so an engineer came out to sort that, now my biggest gripe i get a bill on Friday for £180, remember i'm paid up on my old NTL account till the 28th of Feb, how the hell do they get this amount??? they best sort it or i'm ofski.
