Will any of the adverts actually feature Uma 'in the flesh' or are all the adverts just featuring her voice?

Re: Virgin Media's advertising campaign: Starring Uma Thurman

Heh! Just seen the very sexy Uma Thurman advert on Channel 999!

She relaxing on a chair in a sexy pose and she says something like "Hi guys, do you know you can call my apartment in New York for the same price as a calling a friend over the road? My number is 43565........As if!"

Why couldn't they have her talking about the services instead of these 2 jokers on now??

About bloody time Cable had some kick-ass adverts. I suspect that this wouldn't have happened under the (just) old NTL Telewest days.

Heh, I like the 'Uma does VOD' advert too, "Hi, I'm Uma. You can watch me all night whenever you want, you can play me, fast forward me, rewind me, you can even.............................................. .........pause me."

Finally we have Uma does Broadband (aka : Attack of the Uma Clones) "you can download me 2 times, 3, 4, 5, as many as you want."

Agree and said this over on DS. They remind me of ntl's Dave and the chavettes, as I used to call them. But the rest of ch999 is fine and the cartoons are very interesting considering most of us don't even have the virgin epg yet.

Those cartoons are growing on me.

Hell, even using the cartoon characters would have been 100x better than Dave and the chavettes

Yes lets see more Uma. I'd rather have her doing all the commercials anyday. Chuck those two blokes off. 3 cheers for Uma.
