Well I don't mean to cause offence, but you really ought to have grown out of using silly teenage "txt spk" in forums by now.
It is extremely annoying and extremely hard to read.

Apparently, if you move the On Demand Preview channel (100) to the bottom of the list this will fix it in the interim...
I've tried it & it works...

lol, its not perfect and you need java installed but grab a copy of the freeguide
http://freeguide-tv.sourceforge.net/
"FreeGuide is a TV guide program. It uses parser programs to extract TV information from web pages and stores them for viewing without the need to connect to the Internet. The viewer allows the user to view television listings and create customised TV guides by selecting programmes and by building up a favourites list."

Have you got a pace box. They don't seem to be able to handle the new epg. I switched to a Samsung earlier this year and it is lightning quick.
I imagine there will be a new epg at some point or even just a change of logo once the Virgin rebranding takes place.

Re: new epg
I have the Samsung box which was perfectly fine before the last update. Even after reboots it has no effect. The actual epg changes ok but the channel is the slow part.
