I have been woth ntl 3 years and can not fault them.
I believe if everything works from the offset, they are great. If you have problems then they can be a nightmare. That said I have had a few minor issues with STBs and onece with the telephone and it has all been resolved within 24hours.
More than I could say for BT and Sky, but hopefully those companies have moved on their pitiful customer service in 3 years. However judging by my friends recent Sky experience it looks like things might be going wrong down there! His brand new box which went wrong in 2 months was replaced with a reconditioned pre historic Pace box farworse than anything I have every seen, which according to Sky is standard practice. Now he is just waiting for the 12 months to expire and regretting not taking my advice!
