Re: Packet loss HG5 Harrogate to Manchester server

I'm attached to the Leeds 9 server, at around 5 pm ytoday I started getting the dreaded 404 site not found on every site I went to. Did the usual thing, anti virus, spyware scan etc, clean as a whistle, didnt even need a defrag...no surprises there as I wiped absolutely everything and reloaded windows last month. Could the above postings, especially the one about Roundhay be related to my problems? I'm in York.

Should have known it was going too well with NTL, a whole 3 days without my cable modem packing up, packet loss, being told to buy a new mother board (turned out I didnt need one and the fault was at NTLs end) et cetera et bloody cetera. 3 major faults in 4 weeks, every single one NTL have said "hey, yes its our stuff thats gone wrong, its not your PC" and they STILL wont let me get out of my contract till it ends in October......jeez how bad to they have to be???????

Sorry, rant over....so would it be correct to assume that these problems in Leeds are causing mine in York this teatime...or is it yet another call to NTL tech support tomorrow at 8 am????
