*grumble* overclockers, let's hope they actually package your stuff up properly, they just threw my ram into a jiffy bag along with other stuff I'd ordered, no anti-static bag nothing AND the order was 3 day's late even though I paid for RM Special, it's a shame that a company with that range of items at decent prices let's itself down with such utterly crap customer service. You still can't get them on the phone, they claim to reply to enotes within 4 hours but the only reply you'll get is an automated response that they've received it ... almost as bad as Ebuyer.

I've never had an issue with them TBH, and whenever I phone them they have always answered within 30 secs.

There has been a problem with your payment for order REMOVED (Internet ref REMOVED). Due to the size of the order and it being your first order with us using this card we will have to ask the order is shipped to an address registered with the card issuer

If you are unable to have goods delivered to your home address you may be able to register the delivery address with your card issuer, you would have to phone your bank / credit card company to discuss this.

Why the hell don't they use an IVR/call queuing system?
Last time I ordered was about a year ago so they must have gone a bit downhill.

Trouble with using an IVR system is that people end up paying to queue, so in their infinite wisdom they now let you ring until it rings off, I spent literally 2 hours ringing them to complain about the late delivery and lack of packaging and finally just gave up and they've yet to reply to the e-note from last thursday.
