Yep. I've had a rock solid connection for over 2 1/2 years now and the only time I can remember it being off for any length of time was a few hours when some workmen decided to get busy with a JCB and some of the main fibre links in the South Side of Glasgow.

Even with that it was back in about 6 hours.

If people aren't happy and there are alternatives (like 99% of the country for internet connections) then they will move it is as simple as that. As the number of connections are increasing for broadband I can quite happily say the vast majority are happy with the service.

Been on Blueyonder since 2001 the first year or so was a bit shacky but since then theres rarely a outage and no speed/ping issues.
