I got it more when I watched it again this morning - he's AFK (away from keyboard) so he's obviously not listening to the tactics.
Then he comes back, changes his name tag to remove the <AFK> bit then charges in, completely ruining the whole plan.

In WoW, if you are away from your character for more than 4 or 5 minutes, your character automatically sits down and gets an AFK sign above its head. When you get back and move, you immediately stand up and the AFK goes.
