hmmm... well mine says:

Downstream Receive Power Level : -0.15 dBmv
Upstream Transmit Power Level : 50.75 dBmv

They seem quite a below and above 36 respectively... lol... is this bad? or am i looking at the wrong levels?

Although my service seems to be running fine... no disconnections, and speeds are fine...

Will probably stop working below 24db.

Downstream Received Power Level -
NTL Area ideal world - +/- 2.5 dbmv
Ex Cable & Wireless - -6 to -3 dbmv

Upstream - +8 to +58 dbmv

Upstream of +58 is the maximum allowable, it's not a good value to have. Up to about 55 is OK, above that you're in danger of needing more power than the modem is allowed to send out, and it'll either break the spec (most do) or drop off.
