its definitely not RHL, they do have 2 NTL projects, but not in Pollokshields, the used to insource for ntl in Bellshill, but thats not happening anymore, they have ntl freedom sales and ntl collections, i used to do freedom sales, sky talk, sky inbound/outbound sales and im doing scottish power now

rhl have a call centre in ibrox 1 in clydebank, and 1 in glasgow citycentre
