Why the big secret? Most people get discounts etc. through their place of work, but most people I know are more than willing to be open and honest about it.

Kinda makes me wonder what's up......

You have the official answer from ntl's website - I see no reason for this topic to continue as the staff on this forum are not going to tell you any more - and it's already starting to be used for pointless speculation. Closed.
