Got to agree with you all the NTL staff i have met have been OK

but they get let down by the few

.
I spoke to one called Daniel yesterday to upgrade my BB all he could do was BS me even myt can i speak to a TL did not work.
When other staff saw my posting it was sorted, what NTL need to do is get rid of the BS merchants like Daniel.
